Job Description

Credit and Collections Manager (42550) Our client is a growing and well-established organization seeking a Credit and Collections Manager to lead key accounts receivable, credit, and collections operations. Exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving workflows, developing teams, and partnering cross-functionally within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Lead credit and collections functions including collections, credit, cash applications, deductions, and AR operations Manage and develop supervisors and indirect teams while fostering a positive team environment Drive automation, process improvement, and workflow optimization initiatives Develop and monitor KPI reporting to drive operational performance and accountability Support escalated customer account and receivable matters as needed Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred 6+ years of related AR, credit, collections, or invoice-to-cash experience Prior leadership and team management experience required Strong process improvement and automation mindset Experience with KPI reporting and large ERP systems preferred Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
