This position is ideal for a motivated collections professional with leadership experience who can drive performance, maintain compliance standards, and support the development of a high-performing collections team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing collectors in a fast-paced consumer collections environment while maintaining professionalism, compliance, and production goals. ─────────────────────────────

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach a team of collections representatives Monitor daily collection performance, call quality, and compliance standards Conduct side-by-side coaching, call reviews, and performance evaluations Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery results Review aging reports, account performance, and production metrics Handle escalated accounts and consumer concerns professionally Ensure compliance with FDCPA and applicable state regulations Assist with training, onboarding, and employee development Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and team performance ─────────────────────────────

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of collections experience required Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in collections required Strong knowledge of consumer collections, FDCPA compliance, and negotiation strategies Experience managing production-driven teams in a call center environment Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and collections software systems Ability to analyze reports and make performance-driven decisions High school diploma required; college degree preferred ───────────────────────────── Why Join Our Team?
