CitiMed is seeking an ambitious, data savvy, and process minded No-Fault Collections Manager. The No-Fault Collections Manager will lead and optimize CitiMed's New York No-Fault accounts receivable function. This role is responsible for maximizing cash collections, reducing aging, and ensuring compliance with NYS No-Fault regulations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in No-Fault billing, verification, denials management, arbitration, and end-to-end revenue cycle workflows. Furthermore, we are looking for a leader that has the qualifications to build, train, and grow a No-Fault collections team. This is a high-impact leadership role working closely with Finance, Billing, and Operations teams.
Detailed Responsibilities:
  • No-Fault AR & Collections Management
  • Oversee all aspects of NY No-Fault accounts receivable
  • Drive resolution of unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims
  • Monitor KPIs:
    Days in AR, collection rates, denial rates, and arbitration outcomes
  • Verification & Compliance
  • Ensure proper verification of benefits (VOB)
  • Maintain compliance with fee schedules and billing timelines
  • Audit claims for regulatory adherence
  • Denials, Appeals & Arbitration
  • Lead denials management strategy
  • Manage arbitration processes (AAA)
  • Partner with legal teams on case preparation
  • Revenue Cycle Optimization
  • Improve workflows across RCM lifecycle
  • Identify reimbursement issues and implement solutions
  • Drive automation and process improvements
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop AR team
  • Set performance targets
  • Provide ongoing training What the Candidate will bring:
Required:
  • 5+ years NY No-Fault experience
  • Knowledge of NYS No-Fault rules, Verifications, denials, arbitration
  • Strong RCM knowledge
  • Leadership experience
  • EMR/PM familiarity
Preferred:
  • Personal injury or imaging experience
  • Workers' Compensation exposure
  • Legal/arbitration collaboration experience
