Collections Supervisor - Law Firm Ledgent Finance & Accounting - 4.0 Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $105,000 - $125,000 a year 7 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Collections account management Full Job Description Large law firm near downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Senior Collections Specialist on a hybrid schedule. The Senior Collections Specialist will be responsible for collections strategy, conducting client collection calls, updating the aging report on collection efforts to Attorneys, Billing, and Finance teams. The Senior Collections Specialist will monitor payment plans, update client account status and apply payments. The Senior Collections Specialist will also collaborate with various departments and senior leadership on account escalation, resolve account and billing issues, enhance collections processes, as well as respond promptly to Attorney inquiries. Bachelor's degree is required. At least 7 years of collections experience within the legal or professional services industry. Solid career tenure is important. Aderant Expert software experience is extremely preferred. Good MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) skills are important. BillBlast is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills are also required. Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment is essential. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills are critical. Pay, $110 - 125k.
