Search Performance Manager (Hybrid)

Hoboken, NJ | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Compensation Range:

$45 - 48 per hourWe are seeking a Search Performance Manager to lead the analysis and optimization of 1st-party supplier search campaigns. In this role, you will be the driving force behind meeting marketing objectives, fueling revenue growth, and identifying key product improvements. You will serve as a strategic technical lead, working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Tech partners to deliver high-performing search strategies.

You will own the end-to-end performance lifecycle—from budget management and bid strategy to account configuration and keyword targeting. By translating complex reporting and insights into actionable growth plans, you will ensure our suppliers achieve maximum visibility and ROI. If you are a data-driven expert who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy and technical ad-tech optimization, we want you on our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media/retail media industry and a background in the paid search landscape. This is an analytical and revenue focused role solely dedicated to the search product.
