Job Description
The Regional Credit Supervisor plays a leadership role within the regional credit team, reporting directly to the regional credit manager. This position requires analytical and leadership skills and provides direct oversight and support for hiring, training, and supervising the Regional Credit Analysts and Assistants. Our Regional Credit Supervisor:
Supervise regional credit team ensuring timely collections and accurate customer account reconciliation Provide training to members of the regional credit team Supervise the daily tasks/accountabilities associated with the regional credit team Ensure credit team is adhering to TTI Inc credit & collection policies and procedures Prepare and review weekly AR status report for RCM and Sales Management Manage deduction and collections issues escalated from the credit team Prepare performance reviews and establish individual and department goals Provide, suggest, support and implement alternatives to work processes that lead to increased efficiencies and quality of work of the regional credit team Effectively communicate and escalate issues and information to the Regional Credit Manager or other appropriate levels of management on a timely basis Develop and maintain strong working relationships and rapport Provide general assistance to the Regional Credit Manager and perform backup role in his absence.Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred, with a minimum of five years experience in commercial credit and collections; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of various accounting systems and knowledge of accounts receivable preferred. Experience in a lead or supervisory role heavily preferred.What we look for:

Possesses strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. Exhibits attention to detail, accuracy, and timely communication. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines and quality expectations. Ability to take initiative in providing new ideas to improve process efficiencies. Possesses technical competency to utilize various computer system and financial related software packages. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level. Ability to supervise a group of people. Strong alpha numeric data entry with good quality. Ability to perform 10-key by touch.
