Job Description
Collections Manager - Brookfield, WI DLF Law Group, LLC, an established mid-sized collections law firm in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead and elevate our collections department. We are looking for a strategic leader to take full ownership of our collections department—driving accountability and maximizing recovery performance.
This is a true management opportunity for someone who can lead an established team and help take it to the next level. You will oversee approximately 10 collections staff and 2 team leads while helping drive recovery performance, improve workflows, develop staff, and partner with firm leadership on departmental goals and results.

Responsibilities include:
Leading day-to-day collections operations Developing and improving collection strategies and campaigns Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and recovery trends Coaching staff and team leads Improving accountability, reporting, and overall department performance Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and firm policies Qualifications include: Prior collections management or similar operational leadership experience Strong leadership and analytical skills Experience improving performance in a collections or receivables environment Knowledge of collections compliance and regulatory expectations Strong financial and operational acumen, including the ability to analyze KPIs, trends, and department performance Ability to work effectively with internal IT and operations teams to develop, refine, and interpret reports and data Strong technical aptitude; experience with reporting tools, data analysis, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field preferred Law firm or agency collections experience preferredCompensation and Benefits:
