Job Description

1. 2. Reaches out to clients that no show for their intake appointments to reschedule. 3. Monitors and maintains all gift card ordering and keeps logs for tracking. 4. Monitors all gas vouchers and bus ticket logs for monthly reporting. 5. Completes monthly HOPWA report for end of month billing closeout. 6. Combines all Medicaid encounters for end of month billing closeout. 7. Combines all Post-Test Education (PTE) spreadsheets and surveys for end of month billing and closeout. 8. Enters client information into ECW as requested by DCMS. 9. Assist with main case management phone line as needed to direct calls to within social work department. 10. Run data reports from both ECW and CAREWare as requested by
DCMS. 11.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor. 12. Possible back up for client transportation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of access/data entry program and excel. Knowledge of general office procedures and practices. Knowledge of correct grammar usage. Ability to work with diverse client populations Ability to compile and review data for accuracy Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work activities. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
