Hatchery Clerk

Process and submit employee time and attendance in ADP Time system. Process eggs set, chicks hatched, and chick placement records in MTech daily. Send out Placement Detail Reports from MTech daily. Complete the Weekly Hatchery Cost Report. Complete other weekly reports for conference calls. Communicate with and submit data to vendors. Work with the Hatchery Manager and Assistant Manager to obtain all necessary accounting information. Keep weekly files of all source documents and reports. Cross-Train with other positions withing the department. Other duties as assigned by management. Pay - $19.50

Requirements:

Must be able to read and write English. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Excellent data entry skills required. Detail oriented with great organizational skills. Above average knowledge/experience in Excel is required. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Poultry Industry required, with Poultry Accounting knowledge preferred.
