Job Description Under minimal supervision, uses a variety of software programs to provide advanced data processing and desktop publishing services to the Tele-ICU and Tele-Acute Nursing departments. Enters data into computer, generates reports and tables from input data, and creates and maintains database files. Monitors and reconciles multiple patient databases. May handle phone calls from outside hospitals and enter information into database. May handle test administrations for physicians. May install software packages and train other office personnel in their use. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience with data entry or customer service involving spreadsheets or computer-based working experience is preferred. None required.
