Job Description

Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to perform the essential job duties
  • Computer knowledge (excel and micro-software)
  • Able to work in cold temperatures (40-55F)
  • Able to communicate with others
  • Bilingual Experience with Excel DUTIES Enter data from various sources into the company's database accurately and efficiently.
Review and verify the accuracy of information before inputting. Update and maintain existing records to ensure information is current. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Generate reports and provide information as requested by management. Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information. Identify and correct errors in data to ensure integrity. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
PHYSICAL WORK
  • Bend and Lift up to 50 to 60 pounds
  • Stretch up or sideways to pick up or to put aside
  • Repetitive motion for 8-9 hours
  • Be standing for 8-9 hours' daily
