Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. A background in trucking or transportation is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and eager to learn. Strong computer skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone are essential.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Provide excellent customer service to clients and drivers Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks Maintain organized files and accurate records Support daily operations and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Entry-level; willing to train the right candidate Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, data entry, etc.) Strong phone and customer service skills Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Background knowledge in trucking/transportation is a plus
