Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing various clerical tasks. This position requires strong time management skills, computer literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately. File and organize documents to maintain an orderly office environment. Assist others with their duties as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies. Misc. Office tasks as needed Marketing assistance Qualifications Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and phone systems. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
