Medical Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Clerk to support healthcare data operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing incoming information from healthcare facilities, confirming record accuracy, and maintaining reliable documentation across electronic systems. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-minded approach, and the ability to work carefully in a fully onsite environment Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming medical and administrative information from multiple healthcare sources and confirm that each entry is accurate before processing.
• Compare records across electronic platforms to identify inconsistencies, missing details, or formatting issues and resolve them promptly.
• Enter, update, and maintain patient and facility-related information within EHR and electronic medical record systems with a high level of precision.
• Communicate with internal teams or external contacts when clarification is needed to complete records correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor documentation for completeness and follow established procedures to ensure data quality standards are met.
• Organize and manage a steady volume of information while maintaining productivity and accuracy in an onsite work setting.
• Support record validation activities by documenting corrections, updates, and verification outcomes in the appropriate systems.
