Data Entry Associate

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Accurately input data into Brightree (electronic health record) systems, ensuring completeness and correctness. Manage data entry tasks with speed and precision, including typing, transcription, and order entry activities. Organize and file digital and physical documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance. Collect, verify, and update data from various sources, maintaining high standards of accuracy. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data collection, and additional duties as needed. Support administrative processes by performing office tasks that enhance overall organizational efficiency. Assist the warehouse if necessary. Qualifications Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles in an office environment. Strong computer skills. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Familiarity with order entry procedures. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
