Data Entry Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a non-profit office in Tucson, Arizona. This Contract position focuses on maintaining accurate database records, entering mail-related information, and preparing reports that support daily operations. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, solid data entry experience, and the ability to manage routine tasks with accuracy in a Monday through Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Enter mailing and record information into the database with a high level of accuracy
• Review submitted data for completeness and correct errors before finalizing entries
• Generate and organize reports to support office tracking and administrative needs
• Maintain orderly digital records so information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently
• Support day-to-day data processing tasks for the non-profit office in Tucson, Arizona
• Coordinate assigned clerical duties while meeting established timelines and quality standards Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with repetitive tasks
• Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with data entry systems and Microsoft Word
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a structured office environment
