Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and organized data management. This is a short-term position, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into various systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Manage and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring proper documentation.
- Support technical systems and address minor issues as they arise.
- Confirm and validate information related to organizations, offices, and agents in designated systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data management policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project guidelines. Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using data management systems and software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with systems like Agent Book, FlexMLS, and AZ Dept. of Realtors is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
