Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a dynamic non-profit organization in Tucson, Arizona. In this Contract to permanent role, you will provide essential administrative and office support, working closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into organizational systems while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Organize and maintain office files and records to ensure easy access and proper documentation.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Monitor and order office supplies to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the leadership team.
• Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
