The Company:
MGM Energy is a contractor specializing in HVAC, plumbing, energy conservation, and electrical services. We also participate in the Energy Saving Assistance Program sponsored by Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company, Southwest Gas, and Bear Valley Electric.Job Overview:
MGM Energy is currently seeking a Office Clerk to join our team. Our office clerk handles calls from existing and potential customers, schedule service appointments, generates leads, and update customer accounts. The office clerk is expected to complete all assigned office tasks, meet program guidelines, and perform accurate data entry across several databases. Providing outstanding customer service and having strong communication skills are essential. Responsibilities and Duties Manage a high volume of inbound customer service calls effectively. Successfully complete certification training and any other required training. Perform data entry for the company's home improvement and weatherization programs. Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians. Expedite unresolved customer grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address customer complaints. Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details. Ensure data entry is accurate. Report to work on time and prepared Maintain accurate customer records, files, forms, and paperwork. Stay updated on program requirements and standards. Maintain a positive relationship with customers, staff, and utility company representatives. Participate in the routine meetings, workshops, and training as directed by the Program Administrator. Responsible for the excellent image of the company while on company time Responsible for performing other duties/tasks assigned by theOffice Administrator Requirements:
Must have strong data entry skills Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Ability to multi-task Minimum High School Diploma or GED Must have strong communication skills Must have strong computer skills Spanish speaker is a plusThe Location:
