This position is ideal for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining accurate data and delivering excellent customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and verifying customer information while supporting daily customer service operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Management:
Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service requests into company database systems. Maintain and update customer records on a daily basis.
Data Verification:
Review, verify, and correct data discrepancies to ensure all information remains accurate and up to date. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
Documentation Management:
Ensure all customer records and documentation are properly filed, organized, and easily accessible.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
Handle sensitive customer information with strict confidentiality and comply with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations. Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, preferably within a customer service environment. Experience in the medical device or medical manufacturing industry preferred. Proficiency with data entry systems and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Typing speed of 30+ WPM with strong accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload. Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.
