Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry into various systems and databases. Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Prepare and organize documents for data entry and scanning. Assist with the maintenance and organization of electronic files and records. Follow established procedures and guidelines to meet quality and productivity standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
