Data Entry Clerk

A manufacturing company in El Cajon is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their team with back-end administrative tasks. This is a temporary assignment focused primarily on entering purchase order information into the company's ERP system and assisting the sales team with administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Receive purchase orders via email in PDF formatAccurately enter purchase order information into the company's ERP system (EPDS)Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detailProvide administrative support to the sales representativeAssist with backend order processing and documentationPotentially assist with generating quotes as needed
