Data Entry Specialist

What You'll Do + Enter and update large volumes of data into internal databases and systems with a high level of accuracy + Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, making corrections as needed + Maintain and organize digital records to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness + Verify data by cross-referencing source documents and internal systems + Assist with data cleanup projects and system updates + Generate basic reports and summaries based on entered data + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness + Follow established data entry procedures and confidentiality guidelines + Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets Requirements What We're Looking For + One to three years of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience + Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks + Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications + Experience working with CRM or ERP systems + Familiarity with data validation and reporting processes + Ability to identify process improvements related to data management TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
