Job Description

Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Data Entry Coordinator to join a client's team in California. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a keen eye for detail. The Data Entry Coordinator will support the Maintenance/Facilities Manager by handling various administrative tasks and data entry responsibilities. This temporary/intern position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the role, with the potential to take on greater responsibilities in the future.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Maintenance/Facilities Manager with administrative tasks related to the maintenance program. Perform data entry tasks using MS Database software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Learn and teach others within the team to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate scheduling and warranty management. Provide excellent customer service and support to the maintenance team. Help with maintaining organized records and documentation.
Requirements:
Tech-savvy individual with a strong proficiency in MS Database software. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1st

Additional Details:
Compensation for this role ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
