In this role, you will handle essential data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to templates. This is a 100% onsite position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to administrative operations in a structured environment.
Responsibilities:
Input data from purchase orders into organizational systems with precision and accuracy.
Conduct thorough reviews to verify the accuracy of entered data.
Follow established templates and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for basic data management.
Collaborate with team members to address ad hoc requests and ensure smooth operations.
Engage in a working interview process to demonstrate capabilities and adaptability. Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to type quickly and accurately to meet data entry requirements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; training will be provided.
Capability to follow templates and instructions meticulously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California during the contract period.
