Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

Process dropship to review and print for warehouse picking. Pick, pack, and ship dropship orders on the ERP system using Shipworks. Correspond with dropship sales department to determine cancellation if order items have no stock. Review PO's & SO's and pick, pack, ship on the ERP system to match physical accuracy. Update Shipment details. Submit ARN/ASN on Amazon Vendor. Send out quantity demand to Purchasing Department Build/Unbuild on NetSuite as necessary to match physical accuracy. Create weekly sheet for different kinds of orders (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Amazon FBA).

Warehouse Manager Assistance:

Review weekly orders with Warehouse Manager and print and distribute work to respective areas. Restock finished returns items to accurate bin locations.

Other Warehouse Responsibilities:

Handle customer service inquiries. Pack and label dropship items. During high volume of work in other areas, work to support team members who specialize in that area.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proficiency in English (verbal and written) required. 1-2 year of data entry and warehouse operations experienced preferred. Ability to follow oral and written instructions from supervisor and work cooperatively with others. A team player with organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills (e.g., Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel). Attention to detail to monitor the quality of inventory. Experience with warehouse data system preferred. Provide safety and security for self and others, help to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment. Able to commit to overtime when needed to reach assignment deadlines.
