Job Description

Overview The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, Quick Books computer literacy, and a customer service-oriented mindset. This role requires excellent communication abilities and the capacity to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Maintain office organization by managing files, documents, and correspondence. Utilize Quick Books software for basic financial tracking and reporting as well as Data Entry Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records. Requirements. Strong computer Quick Books literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quick Books. Word press and Constant Contact support Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail with strong typing skills for accurate documentation. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Experience in project coordination is preferred but not required. A customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
