In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms to ensure the integrity and accessibility of vital information. Your proactive approach and exceptional computer skills will support our office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall efficiency. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and office management expertise within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Enter, verify, and update data into company databases with precision and speed Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service and support Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or clients Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing visitor logs, and maintaining a professional reception area Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before submission or filing Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Skills Proficiency in data entry software and strong computer literacy across various platforms including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping or financial record keeping is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Previous office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties, including calendar management and customer support functions is advantageous Ability to demonstrate attention to detail through accurate typing, data entry, and record keeping Join us in a role that keeps our operations running smoothly while offering opportunities for growth in office administration.
