Data Entry Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Advertising Data Coordinator to help us maintain and optimize our advertising data management processes. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Input, manage, and update advertising data from various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems. Organize and categorize advertising reports, budgets, and performance metrics. Regularly update and maintain advertising databases to ensure data integrity. Meet all deadlines for data entry and reporting, ensuring timely and efficient processes. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in advertising data, ensuring reliability and clarity. Collaborate with team members to suggest and implement improvements for campaign tracking processes.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all data entry tasks. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency. Strong communication skills for team collaboration and reporting. Previous experience with advertising analytics and reporting tools is a plus. Why Join Us?
