What You Will Do:

Tracking stock movement, updating product details, and performing inventory audits. Verifying packing lists, processing incoming/outgoing shipments, and updating records. Ensuring data integrity by reviewing, verifying, and correcting inaccuracies in shipping documents. Filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork. Coordinating with logistics teams, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

Previous experience in data entry required. Proficiency in data entry software, inventory management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office (Excel). High level of accuracy in data entry and verification. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred, but some roles offer training. High school diploma or equivalent, with some roles preferring associate degrees.
