In this vital role, you will manage and organize a wide range of documentation roles. Responsibilities including, but not limited to: handling import documentation, creating files, tracking, shipment status updates, ISF input, data entry. Working with various vendors. Assist in other functions as required by the company. No experience is required, will provide training for the position. Experience Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain files and records Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data collection and analysis. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation. Basic math skills for order entry and data analysis. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and clients.

Pay:
