Data Entry Processing Clerk

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Processing Clerk to support high-volume document handling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused computer work and staying organized. What You'll Do

• Retrieve emails with document links
• Download, rename, and save files accurately
• Upload documents into internal systems
• Forward processed files to the appropriate team
• Follow established naming and processing procedures What You Bring
• Prior data entry/processing experience strongly preferred
• Law firm or legal environment experience is a plus
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and stay organized
