Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a Contract assignment in Orange, California within the construction industry. This position focuses on maintaining accurate business records, updating service and contract information, and verifying data across multiple sources and systems. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a careful approach to data accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume administrative work with consistency.
Responsibilities:
  • Process high volumes of information by entering, updating, and reviewing records to keep business data complete and current.
  • Compare details from spreadsheets, paper documents, calendars, accounting platforms, and internal applications to confirm accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Validate transferred information between existing and newly implemented systems to ensure records are fully captured and correctly aligned.
  • Maintain service-related data such as inspection schedules, renewal timelines, covered work, and pricing details.
  • Reconcile historical and active contract records so documentation remains consistent with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of entered data, investigate discrepancies, and make corrections to improve overall data integrity.
  • Partner with internal teams to collect missing information and clear outstanding record issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with ongoing cleanup efforts by organizing data and adjusting workflows as new issues or requirements emerge.
