QA Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking two detail-oriented QA Data Entry Specialists for an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order entry, purchase order processing, quality assurance, or high-volume data entry who enjoy accuracy-focused work in a fast-paced administrative environment. • Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Enter, update, and validate customer order information in internal systems.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or data errors and communicate with internal teams for correction.
• Maintain productivity goals while processing a high volume of orders with strong accuracy.
• Monitor order quality and support compliance with established order entry and quality assurance procedures.
• Help support customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate:

  $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

• Schedule:

  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Location:

  Oxnard, CA.

• Work Arrangement:

  On-site.

• Employment Type:

  Temp-to-hire, contract/temporary.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
