Job Description
Position OverviewA mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to support accurate, timely, and high-volume data entry across multiple programs and systems. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of organizational data used for reporting, funding compliance, and program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with sensitive information in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring data accuracy that directly supports community programs and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal databases and tracking systemsReview data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, correcting discrepancies as neededSupport program teams by processing intake forms, participant records, and service documentationMaintain organized electronic records in compliance with organizational and funding requirementsAssist with basic reporting tasks, including data extraction and formatting for leadership or grant reportingConduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of recordsCommunicate with internal teams to resolve missing or incomplete dataFollow established data entry procedures and confidentiality protocolsSupport administrative tasks and special data-related projects as assigned
