Below are the Duties, Qualifications, and Job Type details. Duties of a Data Entry & Records Specialist include, but are not limited to:

Data Verification and Entry :

Ensuring accuracy when inputting new information into the database.

Document and Records Management :

Transferring, updating, and organizing client records accurately and securely.

Digital and Paper Record Keeping :

Converting paper forms to digital formats, maintaining organized, accurate files.

File Auditing and Quality Control :

Regularly reviewing files to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications:

MUST be able to pass California Background Check (For State License) 4 years of prior data entry experience Must be professional, reliable, and have a positive attitude Ability to learn quickly Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data quality and accuracy across systems. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with good time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in computer skills, including typing and utilizing software programs in Windows Typing speed of 50 wpm or greater Must be 18 years or older

Bilingual:

Spanish speaking preferred High School diploma or equivalent

Job Type:

(Must be punctual and reliable) Full-Time Flexible schedule required, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

$20-$22+ an hour (Based on Experience)
