This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity that directly impacts production scheduling, quoting, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a process-driven environment, possesses strong analytical and organizational skills, and can effectively coordinate across engineering, production, and sales teams. Success in this position requires a high level of attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal and customer requirements. As a central point for data accuracy and document control, this role supports operational efficiency and contributes to the overall success of manufacturing operations through proactive communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Data Management & Integrity Maintain and update ERP data (jobs, BOMs, routings, inventory) Ensure accuracy of part numbers, revisions, and customer specs Audit data for errors, duplication, and inconsistencies Control document versions and revisions Production & Operations Support Support job setup (routers, travelers, work orders) Coordinate data between engineering, production, and sales Track order status, backlog, and delivery schedules Assist with scheduling updates and changes Document Control Manage drawings, revisions, and customer documentation Maintain document control system (digital and/or ERP-based) Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer requirements Distribute updated documents to shop floor and stakeholders Reporting & Coordination Generate reports (production status, backlog, inventory) Support KPI tracking (on-time delivery, scrap, throughput) Assist with audits and data requests Cross-Functional Communication Work with: Engineering (drawings, revisions) Production (job accuracy) Sales (orders, customer requirements) Serve as a central point for data accuracy issues Teamwork & Culture Demonstrate and uphold Peak's Core Values and Behavioral Fundamentals in all daily activities. Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and ownership in meeting deadlines while ensuring product quality. Be proactive and adaptable - willing to assist in other areas as needed. Take initiative in seeking additional training and professional development opportunities Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Experience/Knowledge Requirements 2-5 years in data coordination, document control, or admin in manufacturing Strong attention to detail (critical) Experience with ERP systems (E2, Plex) Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic analysis) Organized and process-driven At Peak, we value teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
