In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all information. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient office operations while utilizing your strong computer skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ideal candidates are proactive, reliable, and possess excellent organizational abilities to support our office management and customer service goals. Duties Enter, verify, and update data into company databases with precision and speed using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software like QuickBooks. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Organize and file physical and digital documents efficiently, ensuring easy retrieval and proper record keeping. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Assist with bookkeeping activities including basic data entry for financial transactions and supporting documentation. Proofread reports, correspondence, and data entries for accuracy before submission. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is advantageous. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing front desk operations confidently. Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles will be considered an asset.
