About Us Neotex MFG LLC is a growing U.S. apparel manufacturer producing garments for top brands and U.S. military uniform programs. We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Data Entry Specialist to support our accounting and operations teams. What You'll Do Create and send customer invoices; manage AR and collections Enter vendor bills and process Accounts Payable Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions Support payroll processing and recordkeeping Assist with month-end and year-end closing Maintain inventory records and support inventory accounting Track labor, materials, and overhead for job costing Generate management reports and assist with special projects What We're Looking For 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial data entry experience Strong QuickBooks Online experience (required) Working knowledge of AR, AP, general ledger, payroll, inventory accounting, and job costing Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Manufacturing or apparel industry experience preferred Bonus Points For QuickBooks Online Advanced WIP reporting and inventory reconciliations Labor cost allocation and production reporting ERP or production management system experience Why Neotex $24-$28/hr depending on experience Stable, long-term role with a fast-growing U.S. manufacturer Room for advancement as we grow To Apply Submit your resume with a brief note on your experience with QuickBooks Online, AR/Collections, AP, Payroll, Inventory Accounting, and Job Costing.
