PM Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Item Processing Specialist to support daily banking operations. In this role, you will perform multiple item processing functions including proof of deposit preparation, in-clearing activities, and image capture using specialized equipment. This position requires strong accuracy, the ability to meet strict time lines, and adherence to established banking policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize work for daily processing Perform high-volume amount entry with a high level of accuracy Complete reject corrections and resolve discrepancies Balance transactions and ensure all items are processed correctly Make appropriate adjustments to customer accounts as needed Operate and maintain image reader/sorter equipment Capture and manage item images for processing Create, send, and receive image and data files Prepare outgoing transit cash letters Generate daily image files for statement cycles

Qualifications:
