We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Watsonville, California. This is a long-term contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to our order management processes and administrative operations. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input, edit, and manage orders within the company's order management system.
  • Adjust and update existing orders to reflect changes in warehouse locations or other details.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling order entry and management tasks.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while processing sensitive data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or issues in order management processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless workflow and communication.
  • Utilize ERP solutions, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, to perform daily tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all order-related activities.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Support system transitions and implementations as needed.
