Data Entry Location:
East Hartford, CT 4 months contract to hire Pay rate: $20.69/hr W2 (No Benefits) We're looking for a Transaction Processor Associate to join our team in East Hartford, CT. In this role, you'll research, analyze, and update consumer information across multiple systems while ensuring accuracy and meeting productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Process case maintenance transactions and determine eligibility for medical programs. Enter and screen consumer data in the Eligibility Determination System. Communicate with clients through phone and written correspondence. Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks. Deliver professional, reliable, and customer-focused service.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred; transaction processing or eligibility experience a plus. Minimum 40 WPM typing speed. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
