Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut in a contract position with the potential to become permanent. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, supporting compliance-related activities, and ensuring records are accurate, current, and well organized. The role will contribute to regulatory and quality operations while also partnering with internal teams to respond to customer documentation needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Review safety data sheets, labels, certificates of analysis, and product specifications to confirm information is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
  • Partner with sales and other internal teams to complete customer questionnaires and provide requested quality or regulatory documents in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation and revision of standard operating procedures and work instructions related to regulatory and quality processes.
  • Organize and maintain orderly records, files, and supporting documentation to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting required reports to regulatory agencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within compliance-related workflows.
