Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist at Kenpat Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the Purchasing and Data Analytics teams by accurately entering, managing, and maintaining key operational data. Your work ensures that purchase orders are processed efficiently and that data is captured correctly for reporting and analysis. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive operational efficiency and business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics Support:
Input operational data for analysis by the Data Analytics team. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple systems. Assist with data validation and cleaning to support reporting and dashboards. Collaborate with the analytics team to improve data collection processes.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data. Communicate effectively with team members across operations, purchasing, and analytics. Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve accuracy. Support ad hoc reporting and data requests as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in data entry, purchasing support, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or data management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
