Job Summary:
Entry level position Responsible for reviewing, processing and inputting paperwork into HRIS system in a timely manner to include but not limited to new hires, transfers, promotions, and wage increases. Ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate, to include: I-9 verification & Tracking I-9 Expirations & Reverifications Drug Screens Running Background Checks W-4 Direct Deposits Employment Verifications Fit for Duty Physicals Also assists the Human Resources staff with special projects as needed. Provides backup coverage to the HR office/department when coverage is needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED is required. Minimum of one year of experience in a data entry position. Human Resources experience desired. Familiar with ADP or other HRIS system preferred. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
