Data Entry Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of title and registration information by cross-checking system data.
• Make outbound calls to DMVs to address and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
• File numerical records in sequential order with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize computer systems effectively to input and manage data.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.
• Maintain organized records to support efficient retrieval and reporting.
• Follow established protocols for handling sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and correct errors.
• Perform routine checks to uphold data integrity.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to streamline operations. Requirements
• Proven experience in document management/data entry or a related role.
• Strong numeric and alphanumeric typing skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry software.
• Ability to organize and file records sequentially.
• Excellent communication skills for outbound calls and issue resolution.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with handling sensitive information securely.
