We are a FAA part 145 Repair station hiring a part-time Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations at our aviation repair station. This is a good fit for someone who is organized, professional, reliable, and able to learn quickly. Aviation experience is not required , but the person must be willing to learn basic aviation terminology and internal processes. Responsibilities Data entry and updating office records Answering phones professionally Assisting with customer communication Filing, scanning, organizing documents, and basic office support Helping track parts, repair orders, customer information, and paperwork Supporting management with daily administrative tasks Learning basic aviation repair station procedures over time Requirements Professional phone etiquette is required Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions Able to learn quickly in a technical aviation environment Must be comfortable working in a critical aviation business where accuracy matters Prior office, customer service, admin, or data entry experience preferred Schedule Part-time Approximately 25-30 hours per week Flexible hours available Monday-Friday - WEDNESDAY is a MUST. About the Company We are an aviation repair station supporting aircraft operators with component repair and overhaul services. We are looking for someone who can help keep the office organized, communicate professionally, and grow with the company.
