Job Description

Do you like data entry administrative work? Are you looking for a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule? Do you have strong quality assurance skills with attention to detail? We want to meet you! Randstad is looking for a Data Entry Admin to join a company in the Fort Lauderdale area. This will be a temp-to-hire opportunity at $18/hr.

$17 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5:30
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Audit source documents for accuracy. Obtain source documents, approvals, etc. for incomplete download requests. Audit completed work for accuracy. Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding Data Admin. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Print, mail & post franchise service tickets. Identify, scan & validate service tickets daily for invoicing. Work with branches and divisions to reconcile missing service tickets. Maintain a centralized filing system for customers: adjustments, deposits, and reports. Provide administrative support within a functional area or department (fax documents, make copies, file, pull documents from the file for team use, etc.). Complete special projects as assigned.
