The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, accountability, and efficiency across a high-volume, fast-paced investigative environment alongside the Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all case intake, data entry, and assignment workflows Ensure all case activity is accurately documented, time-stamped, and audit-ready Coordinate closely with investigators, process servers, and management to maintain workflow efficiency Monitor workload distribution and adjust operations to meet deadlines and priorities Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement scalable solutions Maintain strict quality control over data accuracy and case tracking Generate internal reports and provide operational insights to leadership Ensure compliance with legal, procedural, and documentation standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations management, data operations, or case management Proven leadership experience managing teams and workflows Strong background in high-volume, detail-driven environments (legal, Investigations, compliance, or similar preferred) Experience with CRM systems, case management software, or workflow platforms is helpful Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement High level of accountability, professionalism, and discretion Who This Role Is NOT For Individuals seeking a basic data entry or clerical role Candidates without leadership or process management experience Those who prefer task-based work without ownership or decision-making responsibility What Success Looks Like Seamless, error-free case intake and assignment processes Fully accountable and efficient data operations team Improved turnaround times and reduced workflow bottlenecks Clean, audit-ready documentation at all times Why Join Us At Truth and Lies Investigations, Inc., you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the operational backbone of our organization.
