This role supports order processing, inventory control, and inter-warehouse coordination across multiple locations. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with ERP systems (Macola strongly preferred) Strong data entry skills with high level of accuracy and speed Experience in inventory management and order processing Understanding of multi-location warehouse operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, basic formulas, data validation) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Knowledge of inventory control practices (cycle counts, adjustments, transfers) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus- if not only English will work Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Data entry accuracy rate (%) Order processing turnaround time Inventory discrepancy rate On-time order entry and updates Error resolution time Work Environment Fast-paced, multi-location warehouse and office setting High volume of transactions and time-sensitive data processing Cross-functional collaboration with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams Experience 1+ years of experience in data entry, order processing within a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment Hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably Macola, for order entry, inventory updates, and transaction processing Proven experience managing high volumes of sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory transfers across multiple warehouse locations Familiarity with multi-location inventory workflows, including stock allocation, inter-branch transfers, and backorder management Experience supporting warehouse operations by ensuring accurate data for picking, packing, and shipping processes Strong background in data validation, error detection, and resolving discrepancies in orders and inventory records Experience working with cross-functional teams such as customer service, purchasing, and warehouse operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and validation (e.g., filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high transaction volumes
